All orders are filled within one business day from the time the order is placed. If an item is out of stock, you will be emailed with in 24 hours of the time you placed your order. If you need an order shipped quicker, please call the office at (480)313-1918.
Exchange Policy:
All books, DVDs, handbags and wallets can only be exchanged due to product defect. All defects must be notified to us, 3 Impressions, within 48 hours of delivery.

Cancellation Policy:
Product orders may be cancelled via email with in the first 24 hours in which the order has been placed. All seminars, tele-seminars, and webinars fees will be refunded in full 14 days before event date. 50% partial refund for seminars, tele-seminars, and webinars with cancellation no later than 2 business days before event date.
